Harri Stenning

Harri Stenning has a diverse work experience in various roles within talent acquisition, sales, and management. Harri has worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at OneTrust since March 2020, where they are responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy across the region. Before this, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA at OneTrust from March 2018 to March 2020, where they managed a team of 10 and helped scale the company from 150 to over 600 employees. Prior to joining OneTrust, they worked as a Senior GTM Recruitment Consultant at Recognition One, specializing in the digital marketing and ad-tech software industry. Harri also has experience as a Group Events Manager at Kent Inns of Distinction, a GTM Recruitment Consultant at Selection Group, an Area Sales & Recruiting Manager at The Body Shop, a Sales Recruiting Manager at Raccoon London, and an Assistant to the Head of Corporate Events at Ministry of Sound.

Harri Stenning completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a 2.1 classification from the University of Roehampton between 2003 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management at Event Management Training from 2006 to 2007. Prior to these qualifications, Harri attended Clarendon House Grammar School for Girls from 1997 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Harri obtained the Excel Essential Training (Office 365) certification from LinkedIn in 2020, as well as the Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations certification, also from LinkedIn, in the same year.
