Jonathan Belanger

Jonathan Belanger, MS has extensive experience in instructional design and training. Jonathan currently works as a Principal Instructional Designer at OneTrust, where they develop training initiatives to address product gaps and customer feedback. Jonathan also designs and maintains eLearning offerings, ensuring their adoption across the global customer base. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Learning Design Specialist, where they led the development of training certification projects and mentored team members on instructional design. Jonathan also worked at Laserfiche as a Technical Curriculum Developer, where they redesigned the Laserfiche Certification Program and conducted technical training sessions. Jonathan has experience in curriculum development and management, as they served as a Curriculum Development Manager at Living Spaces Furniture. Jonathan also has project management experience from their time as a Training Project Manager at Irvine Company. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Apple and as an Instructional Designer at TIBCO. Jonathan holds a Master of Science degree.

Jonathan Belanger, MS holds a Masters degree in Instructional Design & Technology from California State University, Fullerton, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Jonathan also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Whittier College, completed from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including OneTrust Certified Privacy Management Professional from OneTrust in 2022, and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020. Jonathan has also completed Instructional Design Level I and Level II from California State University, Fullerton.
