Matthew Olson

Matthew Olson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Matthew is currently the Head of Value Engineering at OneTrust since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Salesforce for several years, where they held positions such as Senior Managing Director, Senior Director + Team Lead, and Director in the Business Value Services (BVS) department. Matthew was responsible for managing and mentoring teams, achieving sales targets, and developing go-to-market strategies. Before Salesforce, Matthew worked at Barclays as a Corporate Finance Associate and at Compass Lexecon as an Analyst & Senior Analyst. Matthew also gained valuable experience at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in roles such as Associate and Analyst.

Matthew Olson completed their education with an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Accounting, Finance, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics & English Literature from Colgate University. Before attending college, Matthew completed their high school education at Minnetonka H.S. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications including "Creating and Managing Strategic Alliances" from Kellogg Executive Education and being Series 79 and 63 certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
