Melvin Prada has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melvin currently holds the role of Director, Global Renewal Management in Strategy at OneTrust, where they oversee global renewal management. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global Enterprise Customer Retention at Atlassian. At Hyland, they held the position of Global Manager, Renewals Management before becoming the Manager, Customer Success and Renewals AMERs & APAC. Melvin also served as the Global Head of Customer Success & Renewals at Docebo, where they were responsible for customer success management strategy. Melvin has experience in co-founding Gerente Solutions and held positions at Moorestown Tennis Club, Cumberland University, Martin Methodist College, and Woodcrest Country Club.
Melvin Prada holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from Cumberland University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Martin Methodist College from 2007 to 2010. Melvin also pursued a course in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia between 2004 and 2006. In their earlier education, Melvin attended Instituto Tecnico Superior Damaso Zapata from 1998 to 2003, where they acquired a High School diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
