Jim G. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial underwriting and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at OneUnited Bank, Jim focuses on commercial real estate and multi-family loans. As the Chief Executive Officer of a Real Estate Investment firm since June 2005, Jim has invested in a diverse range of properties, including residential and commercial assets. Previous roles include Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo and Corporate Banker at the Bank of China, managing multi-billion dollar syndication loans for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Jim's foundational career features leadership roles as CEO and CFO at Sound Image Car Audio, coupled with experience in professional soccer with the U.S. Men's National Team.
