Elena Musiol

Elena Musiol is a Customer Success Manager at OneUp Sales. Elena has over four years of experience in the travel industry, including two years as an account executive. Elena has a proven track record of developing complex travel programs and achieving high customer satisfaction. Elena is also an expert in client relationship management, having built up strong relationships with clients in the US, Canada, and UK. In their previous role as an account executive with Abbey Ireland & UK, Elena also trained and mentored seven trainees over six-month periods.

Elena Musiol has a Master of Science in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with Tourism Management from Hochschule für Internationales Management Heidelberg, and various certifications in project management, digital marketing, and Six Sigma.
