Sara Ariza began their career in 2003 as a Project Coordinator for CML Marketing Communications Inc. Sara then moved on to The English Inn as a Hospitality Coordinator from 2003-2005, where they assisted in media buying and re-branding efforts, as well as managed wine and liquor inventory and purchasing. In 2005, Ariza began working at DePaul University as a Data Analyst on the Transcript Team, where they updated and assisted in the migration of academic transcript records into a PeopleSoft-based database platform. Sara also organized digital file structures and consulted on improvements, achieving a milestone project goal three weeks ahead of schedule. Later that year, they joined TMP Worldwide as a Project Coordinator for the Monster.com division, where they analyzed marketing channels and prepared reports for prospecting. From 2005-2009, Ariza worked at Killian Branding as a Sr. Account Manager and Interim VP, accompanying the President & CEO in all sales prospecting, proposal and marketing plan creation. Sara also directly consulted top-tier clientele, refined the customer experience and led strategy in a consistent, delightful, impactful and progressive way. In 2009, Ariza became an Independent Consultant & Marketer, where they led the strategy, research and digital presence of contract-based clientele, and consulted for a capital investment firm acquisition team to determine branding and advertising investments vs long term value. Sara also developed digital marketing and branding plans for a medical lab. Finally, in 2012, Ariza joined Oneupweb as Vice President, Director of Client Services and Account Manager.
Sara Ariza obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University between 2000 and 2003. In April 2014, they received a Google Analytics Qualified certification from Google.
