Yamini Bhaskar's work experience includes a variety of roles in different industries. Yamini started their career as a Research Intern at the Genome Institute of Singapore, where they worked on identifying biomarkers for targeted cancer therapy. Yamini then joined Nanyang Technological University as a Research Associate and later as a PHD Researcher.
After that, Yamini worked at Wildlife Reserves Singapore as a Junior Trainer/Presenter, where they gained experience in presenting and training. Yamini then joined Holmusk as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing daily operations, conducting market research, and creating presentations. Yamini also worked as a Research Associate at Holmusk, contributing to the development of digital behavior change programs for healthcare.
Yamini later transitioned to the role of Assistant Director at Madras Crocodile Bank Trust/Centre for Herpetology, where they coordinated a snake bite mitigation program and performed administrative and management work. Yamini then returned to Holmusk as a Project Manager for the MindLinc Electronic Health Record System, leading a dispersed team and implementing an agile software development lifecycle.
In 2018, Yamini joined Wildlife Reserves Singapore again, this time as a Trainer/Presenter, further developing their training and presenting skills. Yamini'smost recent role is at OneValley, where they started as a Program Manager, overseeing a curated innovation hub for startups and corporations. Yamini is currently working as a Product Manager, primarily focused on the Passport B2C project.
Yamini Bhaskar has a diverse education history. In 2006 to 2010, they attended Anna University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
