Chelsea Drew

Chelsea Drew has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Chelsea began their career as a Server at Myers & Chang in 2010 and worked there for three years. In 2013, they became the Opening Restaurant Manager at Alden & Harlow, where they stayed until 2015. Chelsea then joined ISLAND CREEK OYSTER BAR, starting as a Restaurant Manager and eventually becoming the Assistant General Manager. Chelsea also had a role as an Event Manager, overseeing various onsite and offsite events. In 2019, Chelsea became the General Manager at ISLAND CREEK OYSTER BAR until 2020.
