Jacob has held leadership positions such as Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at OneView Commerce, where they were responsible for technical and architecture decisions, team planning and delivery, and resource planning. Jacob also mentored and guided software engineers, implemented training programs, and provided technical guidance to development teams.

Prior to their time at OneView Commerce, Jacob worked as a Full Stack Developer at Insight Global and as a Full Stack Mobile Developer at Function Earth.
