Kathleen Carter

Kathleen Carter, RN, BSN has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration and management. Most recently, they worked as the Executive Director of IDD, Home Health, and Nursing at OneWell starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Nursing at PA Health Management from August 2022 to October 2022. From February 2014 to August 2022, they held multiple roles at CareGivers America, including Director of Business Development and Regional Operations Manager.
