Nadiia Izvekova

Nadiia Izvekova has extensive work experience in HR and recruitment roles. Nadiia most recently worked as a Professional Recruiter at OnHires starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR employee at 16web from October 2021 to February 2022. Nadiia also held the position of HRD at Nash Dom from July 2019 to October 2021. In addition, Nadiia worked as an HRM at Aerohandling Ukraine from October 2018 to June 2019. Nadiia has also held HR positions at Aricol, Airport Handling LLC, Auchan Retail Ukraine, real,- Hypermarkets (Metro Group), and TIS Group of Terminals. Nadiia's roles in these positions ranged from Human Resources Office Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager. Their work experience spans from 2006 to the present.

Nadiia Izvekova completed their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from Odesa National Maritime University (official) between 2006 and 2011. Currently, they are pursuing an HR Generalist in IT field of study at Beetroot Academy, with their start year being 2022. In addition to their educational qualifications, Nadiia has also obtained various certifications related to recruiting and HR, including Diversity Recruiting, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter, OSINT Essential Training, Recruiting Veterans, Talent Sourcing, and Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn, all obtained in June 2023. Furthermore, they also gained a certification in HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in December 2021.
