Conall Hart

Conall Hart is an experienced IT System Engineer currently employed at ONI since June 2023, where ownership of IT infrastructure and systems across the UK and US has been a key responsibility. Previously, Conall served as an IT Support Engineer at Lucy Group Ltd, providing support to approximately 1,500 employees and leading the migration of application management to Microsoft Endpoint. Prior roles include Service Desk Analyst at Navitas, supporting 7,000 global users, and Service Desk Engineer at Damovo, where management of IT tickets was conducted in accordance with ITIL best practices. Early career experiences included technical support at HCL Technologies, desktop engineering at Health Alliance, logistics coordination for hardware upgrades, and project engineering at Divers Group. Conall is a graduate of Cross and Passion College Kilcullen, having completed studies from 2009 to 2014.
