Nathanael Kempel

Nathanael Kempel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nathanael currently works as a Cloud Engineer II at Onica by Rackspace Technology since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rackspace Technology from 2016 to 2021, starting as a Support Technician and progressing to roles such as Support Technician II - Linux, Linux System Administrator, and Linux Support Engineer II.

Before joining Rackspace Technology, Nathanael worked at SWBC from 2009 to 2015. Nathanael'sroles at SWBC included ETL Operations Analyst, File Management Analyst II, File Management Analyst I, AP Client/Software Support Specialist, AP Client Support Specialist, Client/ECM Service Representative, Client Service Representative, and Customer Service Representative. In these positions, Nathanael was involved in various tasks such as developing process flows, implementing ETL plans, troubleshooting file and end user issues, and training and mentoring new hires. Nathanael also utilized various programming languages such as VB.net, C#, and Microsoft Access for automation and application support.

Nathanael Kempel completed their education at multiple institutions. In 2001, they started attending Boerne High School, where they studied until 2005. After high school, they enrolled in the Rackspace Open Cloud Academy in 2016. Nathanael obtained their RHCSA Certification, specializing in System Administration, during their time there.

In 2021, Nathanael pursued further education at Rackspace Cloud University. Nathanael earned the AWS SAA-C02: Cloud Engineering degree, which focused on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Nathanael obtained two certifications. In 2016, they achieved the RHCSA certification from Red Hat. In 2021, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
