James Busweiler

James (Jim) Busweiler is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience in various management roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Purchasing Manager at ONICON Incorporated since August 2018, Jim also operates as a self-employed owner ready for new opportunities. Previous positions include Senior Procurement Manager at BBX Sweet Holdings / Anastasia Confections, where management of procurement processes for Orlando operations and satellite plants took place, and Senior Procurement Manager / Plant Operations Manager at The Stephan Company, overseeing logistics and procurement across multiple locations. Jim’s career also features roles as Global Procurement and Sales Manager for both the Fastener Division and Electrical Division at Artmark Products and Artmark Associates, respectively, where responsibilities included managing domestic and international procurement and sales. Jim holds an educational background from Broward College between 1985 and 1988.
