Suguru Hiranuma serves as the Head of User Experience and Head of Store Operations at OniGO since January 2022. Prior to this, Suguru held positions at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry from September 2010 to October 2021, including Delivery Manager, focusing on profitability and improving the order-to-delivery flow, and Salesforce Manager, overseeing a sales team of 10 managers and over 60 staff targeting the hospitality sector. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Customer Service Captain at TOKYO DOME HOTEL from April 2000 to March 2004, where responsibilities included managing service operations at the hotel's restaurant and bar. Suguru is an alumnus of The Japan Hotel School.
