Nathan Peirson serves as the Chief People Officer at Onit since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nathan held various positions in human resources and talent management, including Head of Talent & Employee Experience at Paycor and Global Head of Culture & Talent at Worldpay. Nathan's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Vantiv, Kendle International, and Convergys, focusing on strategic talent management, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Nathan’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Wilmington College. Additionally, Nathan is recognized as a devoted family member and mentor, embodying values of dedication in both personal and professional realms.
