Rory Hwaeun Han currently serves as the Head of Merchandising & Planning at Onitsuka Tiger, overseeing product merchandising within the HQ product group to enhance brand support and profitability. Previously, Rory worked at adidas for five years in various roles, including Assortment Planning for the Digital Platform Channel and Category Planning Manager, where responsibilities involved developing concept merchandising packages and category analysis. Prior experience includes significant positions at Reebok, where Rory led the Classic Category and received the Best Employee Award in APAC in 2018, along with roles at notable companies such as Klurk and Donna Karan International, contributing to product development and sales. Rory holds educational credentials from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Seoul Women's University.
