Lilian Cropper

Lilian Cropper has extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Lilian currently holds two roles at Onix as Director, Global Presales and Solutions Engagement and Head of Cloud PMO, which specializes in Google Cloud solutions for various industries. Previously, they worked at Cloudreach, Candid Partners, Elekta, CTG Inc, ROMAC/kforce.com, Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney Development Company, and Ringling Multimedia Corporation, holding various roles such as Portfolio Delivery Manager, Consultant, Head of Global Applications Support, Global Business Solutions - Enterprise Systems Portfolio Product Management, Program Manager, IT Manager, Application Development & Integration, and Lead Developer. Lilian managed large-scale program deliveries and led teams to become solution experts. Lilian also oversaw the strategic and architectural direction of enterprise software products and established platform standards for integration and data flow. Additionally, they collaborated with business leaders to align products with business objectives, priorities, and strategies. Their expertise includes application migrations, DevOps principles, and project portfolio management.

Lilian Cropper has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Central Florida. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields over the years, including ITIL in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in 2015, Software Engineering Project Management from Learning Tree International in 2005, and several certifications from Amazon Web Services in 2017. Lilian also obtained their PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017.
