Amikam Levanon

Amikam Levanon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amikam is currently the Cofounder and COO of OnKai Inc., a position they have held since August 2019. In 2020, they joined the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship as a Mentor.

Prior to their current roles, Levanon served as the President/CEO of Alimo Holdings since 2003. Amikam has also worked as an Advisor at AlmaLinks since 2011 and as a Cofounder at Perspectivo from April 2014 to August 2016.

Additionally, Levanon has held positions at Israel Electric Company, where they served as a Special Adviser at Karat Technology Incubator from September 2009 to March 2013. Amikam was the General Manager at Iris Ventures and Rotem Ventures from September 2006 to September 2009. Levanon co-founded Powermat in 2006 and previously served as the Managing Director at AsiaGate from 2000 to 2006. Amikam began their career at Jerusalem Global Consulting as the VP of Business Development from 1997 to 1999.

Amikam Levanon obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tokyo between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Electro-Optical Engineering at Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics (Talpiot Program) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1981 to 1984. Levanon attended Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA for high school from 1977 to 1979. Later, in 2009 and 2010, Amikam participated in executive education at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management; however, no specific degree name was mentioned.
