Richard Swanson has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as Maintenance at Motor World Auto Group. In 2013, they were an Undergraduate Student Research at Penn State University and a Surface & Thin Film REU at University of Virginia. In 2014, they were a Coating Product Development Engineer at National Oilwell Varco. In 2016, they were a Product Engineer at Pall Life Sciences. In 2018, they were a Product Development Engineer at Nobel Biocare. Currently, they are a Manager of Patient Solutions and a Product Development Engineer - Patient Solutions at Onkos Surgical, where they are responsible for the design and development of surgical implants and instruments from concept through launch, with a focus on individualized treatment of patients.
