Lead Design Strategist at Onlea

William Fritzberg has a diverse work experience in various roles related to design, production, and multimedia. William started their career in 2010 as a Video Editor and Post Production Technician at Basetwo Media Inc. William then worked as a Video Editor and Animator at Enna Products Corporation in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Design and Operations Coordinator at Moving Images Distribution, where they managed day-to-day operations, designed various marketing materials, and handled communication with stakeholders. In 2015, William worked as a Market and Trend Researcher on a project with Reimagine Food, where they identified food biohacking trends in Europe. William later joined La Innovation Kitchen as a Design Thinking Consultant for a project aimed at engaging and attracting working professionals interested in learning innovation skills. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Acquisitions, Operations & Planning personnel at Moving Images Distribution. In 2018, they became a Design Strategist at Onlea, where they worked on developing innovative learning experience strategies, facilitated virtual workshops, conducted user research and usability testing, and worked on UX and interactive design. In 2020, William was promoted to Lead Design Strategist at Onlea and took on additional responsibilities such as leading the development of Onlea LX Labs and exploring new product/service offerings. Throughout their career, William has demonstrated expertise in digital media production, including writing, planning, budgeting, camera-work, editing, animation, and visual effects. William has a track record of effectively communicating with teams, strategically planning projects, and engaging audiences in innovative ways.

William Fritzberg has a diverse education history. William first attended Washington State University from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Afterward, they enrolled at The University of British Columbia, completing their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production from 2005 to 2008. More recently, from 2015 to 2016, William attended the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, earning a Master's degree in Research for Design and Innovation.
