Chance Coulter has an extensive background in reporting and analytics, currently serving as Manager of Reporting Strategy and Outcomes at Onlife Health® since January 2013, where responsibilities include requirements gathering, analysis, and delivering insights to clients and internal users. Previously, Chance held roles as Business Research Analyst II and III, focusing on transforming complex data sets into actionable reports. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Chick-fil-A, overseeing restaurant operations, training, inventory, financial management, and customer service. Chance holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
