Annette has more than 30 years as a career operating officer recognized for achieving budgeted profit results and other financial criteria while maintaining a sound organizational plan to impact culture, growth, transformation and learning. She provides the day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors OLP’s adopted mission and core values as a trusted listener, advisor and coach with a persuasive and consensus-building style of management.

She guides transactions and deliverables on a global and virtual stage and is an active contributing member and supporter of the firm’s ESG project group, working as part of the global team with allied organizations and collaborative partners, foreign ministries, local, state and federal government including the CA Senate and Assembly and third party consultants/lobbyists. With a career background in business operations, technology, management and people operations, she guides the strategic operational framework to lead OLP across diverse industries to improve organizational and leadership effectiveness, building partnerships, talent capabilities and elevating business performance.

As a change agent and mentor, she is a zealous observer of human behavior, with people smarts and an enthusiast for all things creative. With a passion for running marathons, Annette is the “cool transactionalist”, always willing to take the heat when out ahead of others. As a constituent of the Coachella Valley, she is pioneering and anchoring the firm’s first ever pro bono environmental justice initiative to save the Salton Sea. Annette is a Southern California native, educated at the University of Southern California and majored in English.
