Chris Nelms has over 23 years of work experience in the field of human resources and training. Most recently, they served as the Human Resources Director at WorkProud and Online Rewards, where they were responsible for designing and supporting employee incentive and loyalty programs. Prior to that, Chris held the position of Sr. Director of People Capital at Dickey's Capital Group. They also worked at Walmart as a Human Resources professional and at LoneStar People Partners, LLC as a Managing Director, providing HR solutions to companies.
