Lotte Cornelissen began their work experience in 2005 with an internship at the Netherlands Pharmacovigilance Centre Lareb. In 2007, they joined BNP Paribas Fortis as an Intranet Manager and stayed until 2010. Lotte then moved to ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they worked as a Product Owner for their website until 2013. Lotte then transitioned to ABN AMRO MeesPierson as an E-commerce Manager from 2013 to 2015. Lotte is currently working at Online Dialogue, starting as a Data driven optimization Teamlead from 2015 to 2018. Lotte is currently the Product Director for Data Analytics, Customer Experience & Development since August 2018. In addition to their role, Lotte also teaches courses on data, psychology, and experimentation for innovative digital communication and development.
