Sharon Showalter

Sharon Showalter is an accomplished energy and environmental policy expert with extensive experience in project management and analytical support. Currently serving as Associate Director at OnLocation, Inc. since June 2004, Sharon specializes in policy analysis, computer modeling, and project management with a focus on the electric power industry, climate policy, and environmental regulations, while managing projects for both government and non-government clients using the National Energy Modeling System (NEMS). Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Senior Project Manager at AES from July 1986 to May 2004, providing analytical support to executive leadership and environmental managers on social responsibility programs. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science in Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
