Matt Reeder

Matt Reeder serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operations Officer at OnlyFans, and has previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel. In addition, Matt is a Charter Member of TechGC and was a Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Matt has also contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Associate Professor at American University Washington College of Law and has experience in the US Marine Corps as a Trial Attorney in the General Litigation Division and as an Attorney Advisor in the Prosecutors' Assistance Program. Matt holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law & Government from American University Washington College of Law and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from North Carolina Central University.
