Kirsi Lohtander

Kirsi Lohtander's work experience starts in 2005 with a customer service role at Kotipizza Oyj. In 2008 and 2010, they worked as a Customer Advisor at Danske Bank. Additionally, in 2009, they interned at the Embassy of Finland in Ottawa, Canada. From 2010 to 2012, they volunteered at Tumaini Fund for Economical Development and later resumed their Customer Advisor role at Danske Bank. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Organization and Youth Coordinator at the Finnish Red Cross. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Communications Officer at Kalliolan setlementti. Kirsi then moved on to Suomen Setlementtiliitto ry, where they worked as a Communications Officer from 2013 to 2016. After that, they became the Director of HR and Administration at Kalliolan Setlementti. Currently, Kirsi Lohtander holds the position of Human Resources Manager at ONNI (Med Group Oy) and will transition to the role of Head of People and Community in December 2022.

Kirsi Lohtander earned a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki, where they studied from 2005 to 2011.
