Susanna Kitti

Susanna Kitti has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Susanna is currently working as a System Manager at A-Katsastus Group, Restel Oy, and ONNI (Med Group Oy), starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Lehtipiste Oy from May 2021 to January 2022, and from January 2022 to the present. From January 2020 to May 2021, Susanna worked as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Head of Resource Planning at Restel Oy, leading a five-member team and overseeing HR projects, including the implementation of an HR system. Susanna started their career at Restel Ravintolat Oy in March 2006 as a Cashier and gradually advanced through roles like Shift Manager, Acting Restaurant Manager, and eventually became the Event Restaurant Manager from September 2016 to June 2018. Hailing from Lorisport Oy, Susanna began their professional journey in November 2005 as a Salesperson before joining Restel Ravintolat Oy. Susanna Kitti has a diverse education history that spans various fields of study. In 2009, they enrolled in the Laurea University of Applied Sciences and completed the Service Management Programme, focusing on service innovation and design. Following that, in 2012, they obtained a specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management through the Majoitus- ja ravitsemisalan esimiehen erikoisammattitutkinto program at AVA-Instituutti.

In 2016, Susanna pursued a Master's degree at the Laurea University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Service Design. Susanna then continued their education in 2017 at AVA-Instituutti and achieved a Johtamisen erikoisammattitutkinto degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

In 2022, Susanna expanded their knowledge in IT Leadership by completing the Diploma in IT Leadership program offered by Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development. Susanna also obtained a practical project portfolio management certification from LinkedIn in February 2022.

Most recently, in 2023, Susanna attended Ava-akatemia to pursue a Johtamisen ja yritysjohtamisen erikoisammattitutkinnon (JYET) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general management.
