Takaaki Nakamura

Takaaki Nakamura, RPh (BPharm), MPharmSci, BCMAS, PMP, is an accomplished professional in clinical development and project management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Director of Primary Clinical Development Planning III at ONO PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD., Takaaki leads initiatives in immunology and specialty areas, focusing on clinical science and biomarker strategies in neurodegenerative diseases. With a background in oncology and hematology from ONO PHARMA USA, INC., and previous roles in clinical science management and project management in various ONO PHARMA divisions, Takaaki demonstrates expertise in early clinical drug development and decentralized clinical trials. Additionally, Takaaki is an active member of the New York Chapter of Project Planning and Management Forum, contributing to project management insights in U.S. clinical development. Takaaki holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Tokyo University of Science.
