Lauren Herren

Lauren Herren has a wealth of experience in payroll and HR operations. Lauren began their career in 2013 as Lead Ophthalmic Technician and Executive Assistant to HR at Georgia Retina, PC. In 2017, they joined EyeSouth Partners as Payroll Administrator and Payroll and Integration Project Manager. In 2022, they began their current role as Payroll Operations Manager at OnPay, where they are responsible for providing clients with high-level support regarding the resolution of complex payroll adjustments. Lauren has driven technology and process improvement initiatives to improve customer experience as well as operational performance and productivity of the team. During their time at EyeSouth Partners, they scaled the payroll department from the ground up as the business grew from 130 employees in one state to 2700 employees across 20 states.

Lauren Herren graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
