Rob Scalise

Rob Scalise has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rob is currently the Director - Global Commercial & Sales at OnPoint - A Koch Engineered Solutions Company since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Manager at the same company from July 2021 to December 2022. Before joining OnPoint, Rob held roles at Berry Metal Company, where they served as the Director of EAF Mill Services from November 2020 to July 2021, the Director of Sales - Integrated Ironmaking & Steelmaking from September 2018 to October 2020, and the Sales Manager - Ironmaking from April 2018 to August 2018. Rob also gained experience at Kennametal as a Global Commodity Manager - Capital Expenditures from June 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, Rob worked at United States Steel Corporation as a Category Manager - Corporate Services & IT from August 2015 to May 2016, a Procurement Analyst - Capital Expenditures from September 2014 to July 2015, and a Buyer - Machining & Fabrication from February 2012 to August 2014. Rob started their career as a Logistics Management Trainee at Crossett, Inc. from May 2011 to January 2012. Rob also had a summer internship at Northwest Bank from May 2008 to August 2010.

Rob Scalise completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 2007 to 2009, but didn't obtain a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Rob obtained various certifications including one in Modern Electric Furnace Steelmaking from AIST in 2020, Blast Furnace Iron Making from McMaster University in 2018, and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from United States Steel Corporation.
