Jonathan Wash

Jonathan Wash has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Jonathan most recently worked as a Windows System Administrator and Help Desk System Administrator at OnPoint Community Credit Union in 2021. Prior to that, Jonathan worked as a Service Desk Administrator at Convergence Networks from 2018 to 2021, providing support for various companies. Jonathan also worked as a Senior Support Engineer at System Pavers from 2016 to 2018. Jonathan has experience in healthcare technology support as well, having worked as an Associate Technology Services at CareCHOICES Network Inc. from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they have worked in customer service and technical support roles at GCC America, OSTCS, and Fry's Electronics. Throughout their various roles, they gained experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Jonathan Wash's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Sunland Christian School. Jonathan studied General Studies and Computer Information & Technology and obtained their High School Diploma in 2004. After that, they enrolled at Rio Hondo College from 2004 to 2010, focusing on Computer Information & Technology but without completing a degree.

Furthermore, Jonathan has also acquired certifications in network security from Fortinet. Jonathan obtained the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate certification in August 2020 and the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate certification in October 2020.
