Rebecca Altarescu, SHRM-CP has over a decade of experience in HR, with their most recent role being the Head of People, Development, and Culture at OnPoint Pharmacy since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR at Assured Environments, the largest privately owned pest control company in the Tri-State area, from August 2009 to June 2020. In this role, Rebecca believed in the importance of valuing employees as the most valuable asset of any organization.
