Renzo Mayer

Renzo Mayer has a diverse work experience in web development and software engineering. Renzo is currently working as a Staff Engineer at OnPoint since March 2023, where they lead a web development team and ensures successful project completion. Previously, Renzo worked as a Senior Software Developer at OnPoint from January 2021 to April 2023, where they designed, planned, and developed web platforms and optimized the internal development process.

Before joining OnPoint, Renzo worked as a Software Development Consultant, providing freelance web development services since June 2019. Prior to that, Renzo worked at Vix Inc. as a Development Team Lead from June 2018 to May 2019, where they were responsible for feature implementation, development processes, and mentoring. Renzo also worked as a Full Stack Developer from June 2016 to June 2018 and as a Front-End Developer from August 2015 to June 2016 at Vix Inc. In addition, Renzo worked as a Back-end Developer at Vix Inc. from November 2014 to August 2015.

Renzo has also gained experience in information technology as an Asesor en tecnología de la información at a personal level from 2007 to February 2017. Renzo has also worked as an intern at Chaisin Group in 2014 and as an IT intern at Casino Importaciones in 2013.

Renzo Mayer began their education in 2006 at Universidad del trabajo Uruguay, where they pursued a Tecnicatura degree in Tecnología de la información. Renzo completed their studies in 2010. In 2013, they enrolled at Bios to further their education in Desarrollador Web y Gestor de Contenidos, specializing in the development of web pages, digital/multimedia content, and computer resources. Renzo completed this program in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Renzo Mayer has obtained various certifications. In November 2019, they completed a Curso de Engineering Management offered by Platzi. In August 2019, they obtained certifications in Fotografía y Lightroom, Gatsby JS, and React.js through Platzi as well. Prior to that, in June 2019, Renzo completed the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google.
