Richard Brandeis

Richard Brandeis has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career. Richard started in 1996 as the Vice President of North American Operations at Psion Computers, Inc, where they transformed the business into a profit center and achieved significant inventory reductions. Richard then joined WinWin as the COO from 1999 to 2000. After that, Brandeis worked at Lucent Technologies as the Senior Manager of Engineering and Technical Services, overseeing global product support and improving network management. Richard then joined Perkin Elmer Corporation as the Director of Global Sales Operations, implementing sales cycle efficiencies and reducing costs. From 2007 to 2010, Brandeis served as the Senior Director of Operations at Ecolamp, where they negotiated cost-saving rebates and secured strategic deals with major organizations. Currently, Brandeis is employed at OnProcess Technology, initially as the Senior Director of Delivery Services and currently as the Vice President of Business Development and Account Management.

Richard Brandeis graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science/History. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Coaching Performance Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.com.
