Jack Smoyer

Jack Smoyer currently serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Onsite Construction Group LLC, a role assumed in December 2023. Previously, Jack was a Project Manager at PCC from April 2022 to December 2023, focusing on project management and estimation for a mid-level self-perform site and structural cast-in-place concrete/asphalt contractor. Jack’s responsibilities included reviewing RFPs, vetting subcontractors, leading project meetings, and managing project schedules and budgets. Additionally, Jack gained experience as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager and Operator at SMOYER TRENCHING & CABLE from January 2017 to January 2023. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Park University and has education credentials from Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods and Park Hill South High School.
