Ashley Cole

Ashley Cole has professional experience that spans across various organizations such as Ontada, GSK, IBM, Allergan, J&M Shuler/The Geneva Foundation, and H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center. Ashley commenced their latest position as Senior Director in real-world research at Ontada in 2023. Previously, Ashley worked with GSK as the Innovation & Implementation Lead in VEO Real-World Analytics, where they led their team in driving innovation in real-world data studies supporting VEO. Ashley began with GSK in 2019 as Director in VEO Real-World Analytics and was promoted to be the Therapy Area Head before their recent role. Prior to their work at GSK, they were a Data Scientist for Outcomes Research with Watson Health Life Sciences at IBM, where they worked for four years. From 2012 to 2014, Ashley worked at Allergan as part of the Center for Healthcare Data Analytics. Ashley was also a Clinical Research Program Director at J&M Shuler/The Geneva Foundation from 2009 to 2012 and an Epidemiology Data Analyst at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Department of Cancer Epidemiology in 2009.

Ashley Cole has a PhD in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of South Florida, and a BS in Biomedical Sciences from the same university. In addition, they have a minor in Business from the Florida State University - College of Business. Ashley also obtained a certification as a Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 from SAS in 2009.
