Richard Francis

Richard Francis has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Richard is currently working as the Business Development Director for Oncology RWD & RWE at Ontada since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Medidata Solutions from August 2020 to July 2022, first as an Account Executive and then as a Senior Account Executive. In their roles at Medidata Solutions, Richard partnered with pharmaceutical, biotech, device, and diagnostic sponsors to transform clinical development through advanced applications and intelligent data analytics. Before that, they worked at Reonomy as an Account Executive from March 2020 to June 2020. Richard also had experience at Oracle, where they worked as an Account Executive from June 2019 to March 2020 and as a Business Development Consultant from June 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, they had internships at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Finance Management Summer Analyst in 2017 and as an Operations Summer Analyst in 2016.

Richard Francis obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, attending from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Penn State University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems.
