Pravin Gagare is the Director of Chemistry at On Target Laboratories. Pravin has over 19 years of experience in the field of chemistry, with a focus on medicinal chemistry and asymmetric synthesis.

Gagare began their career as a Research Associate at Piramal LifeSciences Limited in January 2000. There, they worked on lead development and optimization for new medicinal compounds. In January 2011, they joined Purdue University as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate. Pravin's research there focused on the use of boron reagents in method development and formal total synthesis of the anti-cancer agent Dictyostatin.
