Justina Zych is a Data Quality Analyst at the Ontario Brain Institute since October 2023, following a role as Research Coordinator & Neuroinformatics Lead at the Rotman Research Institute at Baycrest, where data collection and management were overseen for the Concussion Ontario Network's observational study. Prior experience includes a position as a Business Performance Analyst at RBC, where ad-hoc reports and trade sanctions dashboards were developed, and a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo, recognized for exceptional customer service. Justina's earlier work as a Keenan Summer Research Student at St. Michael's Hospital involved statistical analyses related to concussion impacts. Justina holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Certificate in Business Insights and Analytics from Humber College.
