Catherine Belcastro

Catherine Belcastro, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at the Ontario Dental Association since September 2018. With a robust background at Oxford University Press from April 1991 to August 2017, Catherine held various roles, including Human Resources Manager, where responsibility included working as part of the Global HR team and Executive Committee for Canada, advising senior executives on strategic HR matters. Prior positions included Human Resources Coordinator, where a key project involved streamlining HR functions for consistency, and supporting the President while serving as the sole HR Representative for 135 Canadian employees. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative and Commercial Studies, specializing in Human Relations and Social Organization, from Western University.
