Margaret Jefferson-McMurdy has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jefferson-McMurdy began their career as a District Manager at Group 4 CSP in 1996, where they managed the guard complement and provided HR support in various areas. Jefferson-McMurdy then joined the City of Brampton in 1998 as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing compensation and benefit programs and leading a team of six staff members. In 2016, Margaret joined the Ontario Energy Board as a Human Resources Director, where they provided strategic leadership and guidance in developing and implementing HR policies and programs. Jefferson-McMurdy built and coached a team of HR professionals to support all functions of the business.
Margaret Jefferson-McMurdy has a Certificate in Leadership - Corporate program from Sheridan College in 2010.
