Christopher Cooper possesses extensive experience in information technology and community relations, currently serving as the Information Technology Business Lead at Ontario Health atHome since March 2016. Key accomplishments include the development of a custom SQL ticketing system for onboarding processes and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. Previous roles include serving as a Community Relations Specialist, Team Assistant, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Technical Account Manager, and Graphic Designer across various organizations, where Christopher built skills in project management, community engagement, and technical development. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Information Technology from the University of Toronto and a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing Management from Sheridan College.
