Mozelle Paul is an experienced legal professional specializing in health-related legal matters. Currently serving as Research Corporate Counsel at CAMH since April 2023 and as OCREB-Legal and Privacy Specialist at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since May 2022, Mozelle has a significant background in research agreements and legal consulting. Previously, roles included Senior Research Agreements Specialist and Research Agreements Specialist-Clinical Trials at the University Health Network from October 2019 to August 2023, and Legal Counsel at the British Virgin Islands Health Services Authority from June 2015 to September 2019, where Mozelle provided legal advice on various healthcare issues. Additional experience includes consulting for the Tobago Regional Health Authority and serving as a Legal Officer in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development/Ministry of Planning.
