Luis Medina

Luis Medina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luis started their career as a Valet Supervisor at Soboba Casino in 2012, where they oversaw valet operations and managed a team of 15 employees. Luis then joined the U.S. Coast Guard in 2014 as a Purchasing Agent, procuring supplies and services and implementing a training program for procurement request processes. After leaving the Coast Guard in 2018, Luis served as a Senior Transportation Supervisor at Soboba Casino before moving on to become a Transportation Supervisor at San Manuel Casino in 2019. In their role, they mentored and trained department employees and managed daily operations. Later in 2019, they joined the County of Riverside as a Buyer II, working on complex requests for proposals, quotes, and bids. Following this, Luis worked as a Contracts and Procurement Analyst at the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority, where they managed procurements and contracts for various services and products. Currently, Luis is the Procurement Manager at Ontario International Airport. Luis also has experience as the Director of Procurement and Contracts at the same company. Throughout their career, Luis has developed strong skills in procurement, contract management, and team leadership.

Luis Medina has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
