Maritoni Kostic

Maritoni Kostic has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Maritoni is currently serving as an Assistant Director of Corporate Services at the Ontario Native Women's Association. Previously, they held various positions at the Children, Community and Social Services Department, including Business Manager and Comptroller, Program Supervisor, Manager, and Team Lead. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Advisor at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat. Before that, Maritoni worked at the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services as a Finance Manager, Program Supervisor, and Business Analyst. Maritoni also gained international experience as a Senior Finance and Admin Manager at RTI International and in several roles at USAID, including Deputy Controller, Chief of Financial Operations, Supervisory Voucher Examiner, Chief Accountant, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst.

Maritoni Kostic completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting at the University of the East from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they received certification as a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines. On a later note, Maritoni obtained a certificate in "Leading with a Heavy Heart" from LinkedIn in October 2022. Alongside their academic achievements, there is a mention of their attendance at the Phoenix Financial System for a degree program related to the Appropriation Law; however, the specific duration or completion status for this program is not provided.
