Dax Patel

Dax Patel has extensive experience in the engineering and design field, particularly within the nuclear and energy sectors. Dax began a career at SNC-Lavalin Nuclear Inc. as a Mechanical Designer from January 2010 to September 2014, contributing to significant projects such as the Ontario Power Generation - Darlington Retube and Feeder Replacement Project and the Bruce ‘A’ Unit 1 & 2 Restart. Prior to this role, Dax gained experience as an Engineering Technologist at AFL Display Group and as an Engineering Assistant during a co-op at Klimer Manufacturing Inc., alongside an earlier co-op position as a Mechanical Designer at SNC-Lavalin Nuclear Inc. Dax currently holds various positions at Ontario Power Generation since September 2014, including First Line Manager and 3D Laser Scanning Lead, showcasing a career progression into leadership roles within the industry.
