Laila Zuccherato

Laila Zuccherato, CPA, CMA, has amassed over 25 years of financial experience across various roles, primarily at Ontario Power Generation since February 2009, where Laila currently serves as Senior Manager, HR Finance & Costing. In this capacity, Laila provides financial support related to financial planning, benchmarking, compensation, and regulatory reporting, leveraging analytics for informed business decisions. Previous positions include Senior Advisor in Finance, where Laila focused on business planning and Ontario Energy Board rate applications, and Manager of HR Analytics, where Laila optimized workforce models. Laila's career began with positions at companies such as Exopack, DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems, Dy4 Systems, DALSA, and Foresters, building a solid foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. Laila holds a Bachelor of Mathematics - Honours BMath degree in Mathematics and Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
